This workshop is for players of all positions, skills levels, and experience. We are excited to share this workshop with you!
Your hooper will leave this workshop with the ability to improve the 4 factors important for basketball success:
- STRENGTH: Basketball strength isn’t just about lifting heavy weights, there’s way more to it!
- POWER: Power plays a role in your first step quickness, or your ability to explode past an opponent.
- ACCELERATION & DEACCELERATION: There aren’t many times during a basketball game where you’ll perform long-windedsprints. Instead, you’ll be performing short-bursts from spot to spot on the floor.
- GAME SPEED AGILITY: Teach the mind and body to properly react to the stimulus in your sport.
